Embedded into United Support Solutions-LMT, Inc.’s core foundation is an ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System (QMS) and continuous improvement culture. Ownership and responsibility for product quality is at the heart of every employee’s thought process. This quality first mindset is what governs the company to excel at providing customers the safest, most reliable, and highest quality products.
Designed to be integrated into all areas of management and production processes, our QMS is a paperless system built into our Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) System for instant point of use ease. From Policy Manuals, to Work Instructions, Prints, Specifications, and Standards, all are available at points of access throughout the facility. Beginning with new projects, United Support Solutions-LMT, Inc. practices Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) to assure Total Quality Management (TQM) and customer satisfaction.
United Support Solutions-LMT, Inc. strives to continually improve our products and processes from design to delivery for ultimate company sustainability. State-of-the-art Statistical Process Control programs are utilized for continual process capability studies.
Testing & Inspection
Our Quality department provides the audit function through continuous surveillance and processes monitoring to assure the inputs are controlled, thus assuring the outputs are predictable. Our full-time Quality personnel employ calibrated Coordinate Measuring Machines and tools for receiving, in process, and final inspections. For new project requirements, United Support Solutions-LMT, Inc. conducts First Article Testing and Inspections.
